The Attentional and Interpersonal Style (TAIS) Inventory is the premiere assessment tool for measuring performance under pressure. It is a self report questionnaire that measures twenty different concentration skills to evaluate personal and interpersonal attributes that directly affect performance.
TAIS is particularly useful in hiring and selection.
